Aurora and her friends take shelter in Dawn Halo for rest and healing. When they learn why King Regroth surrendered to the Warlocks of Andor, defeating the Warlocks becomes a much harder task. Kerr struggles to be the Rora Ines, Enkary tiig Malila and himself. He must find a way to embrace all three, but how can he when each demands all of him? Aurora needs to keep her friends strong, but in order to give them strength, she must have it first. Aurora and Kerr cannot afford to lose strength, but how can they remain strong when everything around them wants them to break?
